Reunion at Rick and Veronica's

The weather cooperated, the food was great (and plentiful), lots of wonderful people, good game - and the right team won (Go Cats!)...can Rick and Veronica plan a soiree or what! Thanks guys! As usual, the younger generation managed to grow and change and I couldn't sort everyone out, new ones have come along - maybe next time we can have a program with pictures! Speaking of pictures, I'll put a few up if I remember how. Also, Twrena shared "the" banana salad recipe. I don't have everybody's email address so I'll put it here.

1 cup of sugar, 3 tbps CIDER vinegar (white will not taste as good), 3 tbsp water and 1 egg lightly beaten. Cook over medium hear until slightly thickened. There will be some white of the egg that will cook but just ignore it. Crush nuts in food processor, I make mine with cashews because I have a peanut allergy but you can use peanuts if you want. slice your bananas and enjoy.
